Using the game
These terms apply to CrownSnap. By using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable rules of the store or platform from which you obtained it. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Your permission to play
You may install and play the game for personal entertainment under the applicable platform licence. Game artwork, audio, code, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use the game to break the law, distribute malicious software, interfere with other players or services, bypass payment controls, or impersonate the developer. Restrictions on modifying or reverse engineering the game apply only to the extent allowed by law.
CrownSnap Premium and purchases
CrownSnap Premium is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. The purchase screen shows the current price and included features. The store processes payment. Purchase access is subject to the store confirming the transaction and may be removed after a refund or revocation.
Use Restore purchases where available, with the same store account used for the purchase. An internet connection may be required. A purchase on one store does not automatically grant access on another store. For Apple purchases, see Apple’s refund instructions; other purchases follow the relevant store’s process. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Saves and online features
The game stores progress locally. Keep a backup where supported before clearing data, changing devices, or reinstalling. The developer cannot recover a local save that was never uploaded. Game Center is optional and does not synchronize CrownSnap saves.
Updates and availability
Updates can change game balance, content, supported platforms, or save compatibility. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Any rights you have concerning paid content under applicable law remain unaffected.
Privacy
The CrownSnap Privacy Policy explains local storage, platform services, and any data sent to service providers. The Website Privacy Policy separately covers the shared homepage.
Responsibility and your legal rights
The game is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the game. These terms do not exclude any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude.
