A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Before your first move.

Do I need to know how to play chess?

No. CrownSnap has its own rules and a campaign that introduces them. Select a hero to see its legal moves. The goal is to deliver the crown, rather than checkmate a king.

Can I play with a friend online?

Multiplayer is local: two players take turns on the same device. You can also play the campaign or face a bot on your own.

What can I play for free?

The first 24 campaign levels are free. Golem, Djinn and Tengu are available from the start; unlock Kitsune and Ronin through the campaign. Premium adds 24 levels and Firebird.

Can a captured hero come back?

Yes. Captured heroes return to their team’s reserve. On a later turn, you can place a reserve hero on an empty square of your home row.
