This policy covers the shared games homepage at dualclash.com and its information pages. It is separate from the policies for Dual Clash, CrownSnap, and Dual Clash Party. Contact the site operator at [email protected].
Essential local storage
The homepage stores your cookie choice and language preference locally in your browser. It can also retain an existing theme preference and dismissal choices. These settings help the website remember your choices; they do not upload your game saves.
Optional analytics and advertising
If you accept optional cookies, the shared homepage loads Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdSense. Analytics records page views and interactions, such as store-link clicks, language changes, and opening a character. Google can process browser and device details, identifiers, referral information, and approximate location. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner and reopen it using Cookie settings at the bottom of the homepage. Rejecting keeps these optional scripts from loading on a fresh page. Withdrawing permission stops optional analytics collection and reloads the homepage without those scripts. Existing cookies can be removed using your browser’s site-data controls.
Static pages and browser games
The standalone CrownSnap landing and static legal pages do not include our advertising or analytics scripts. Browser games launched from the homepage have their own data practices, described in the relevant game policy; the homepage’s cookie choice does not automatically control a game running inside it.
Hosting and external services
The hosting and security provider processes request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser, and request time, to serve and protect the site. External store links, videos, email, or other services have their own policies. Information may be processed outside your country under the provider’s data-protection terms.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate the issue. Email is handled by our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or screenshots containing information you do not want to share.
Support messages may be retained while resolving your request and for relevant follow-up or legal obligations. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your correspondence.
Retention and choices
Browser preferences remain until replaced or cleared. Analytics, advertising, and hosting records follow the relevant service’s configured retention and provider policies. Consent governs optional homepage analytics and advertising; necessary delivery and security processing supports operation of the website. Your privacy choices and requests
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your data or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your data, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that already took place.
We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and verify the request. We cannot retrieve or erase local files that the app has never sent to us. Never send your account password.
