Overview
Dual Clash respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used when you play the game.
Data We Collect
The following data may be collected or stored:
Data stored locally on your device
Gameplay progress, achievements, settings, and preferences stored locally on your device (or browser, where applicable).
Advertising-related data (third parties)
The game may show advertisements using third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob. These services may collect limited technical information needed to display ads and prevent fraud, such as:
- Device information (e.g., device model, OS version).
- Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location).
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, advertising ID on Android), subject to your consent and platform settings.
Ads, Consent, and Tracking (GDPR / UMP)
If you are in the EEA/UK or where required by law, the game will ask for your consent using Google's consent flow (UMP).
- Based on your choice, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
- You can manage your consent choices when prompted (and in your device privacy settings).
iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS/iPadOS, the game may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Your choice controls whether the app can use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking across apps and websites.
- The ATT prompt is shown only once per install and does not affect your ability to play the game.
What We Do Not Collect
- No precise (GPS) location data.
- No contacts or address book information.
- No sensitive personal information (such as health, religion, or financial data).
- We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number to play.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
The game uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to help improve quality and stability.
- Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, game sessions, and in-app purchase events. This data is used to understand how the game is played and to improve the experience.
- Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, including device model, OS version, stack traces, and a Firebase installation identifier. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.
- Analytics and crash data are processed by Google under their data processing terms. No personally identifiable information (such as name or email) is collected through these services.
- Crashlytics is enabled only in release builds and is disabled in debug/development builds.
How Data Is Used
- To provide core gameplay features.
- To save and restore your preferences.
- To monitor app stability and fix crashes (Firebase Crashlytics).
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the game (Firebase Analytics).
- To display ads that support the game.
Data Sharing
Dual Clash does not sell your personal data.
- Limited data may be shared with third-party advertising providers (such as Google AdMob) solely for the purpose of serving ads, measuring performance, and preventing fraud, in accordance with applicable laws, your consent, and platform privacy settings.
- Anonymous analytics and crash data are shared with Google (Firebase) solely for the purposes described above.
Children
Dual Clash does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us. Please note that third-party advertising services may collect limited technical data as described above.
