At a glance
Dual Clash stores game progress and preferences locally. Depending on your version, platform, and features, Google Firebase processes usage and diagnostic data, online matches use Firebase services, and mobile advertising and attribution services process technical data. This policy separates local saves from information sent to service providers.
Scope and contact
This policy covers Dual Clash, including its browser version where available. Contact the developer at [email protected]. You do not need to give us your name or email address for local play.
Local game information
Saved games, progress, settings, preferences, unlocks, and local profile information are stored on your device or in browser storage. Device backups may include these files. If you export or share a save, the selected file is sent to the destination you choose.
Online matches
When you create or join an online match, Firebase Authentication creates or reuses a technical player identifier without asking you to register an email address. Firebase Cloud Firestore stores the room code, participant identifiers and selected player details, board and rule settings, game state, moves, results, and timestamps. Connection-status records help detect a disconnected opponent.
The other participant receives the information needed to display and play the match. Online play therefore sends match information off your device. Share room codes only with the people you want to join. Local campaigns and local saves are separate from these online records.
Analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics measures app use, such as launches, sessions, game interactions, and purchase-related events. Depending on the platform and settings, it processes app-instance or device identifiers, device and browser information, language, usage events, and approximate location derived from network information. These identifiers mean this data should not be described as fully anonymous.
Firebase Crashlytics processes crash and diagnostic reports on supported native platforms, including app and operating-system versions, device details, stack traces, and installation identifiers. This helps diagnose faults. Analytics and crash reporting are separate from local saves. See Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
Advertising and campaign measurement
Mobile versions can show ads through Google AdMob and use TikTok Events SDK for campaign measurement. Ad and attribution services can process device information, IP address and approximate location, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, and app or campaign events. They use this information to deliver or measure ads and help prevent fraud.
Mobile consent messages and Apple’s tracking permission apply where supported. You can revisit Privacy choices in the game’s settings when that option is available, and manage tracking permissions in system settings. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent local gameplay. It does not switch off every service, such as purchases or crash diagnostics.

Purchases and platform features
If you make or restore a purchase, the store handles payment and supplies transaction or ownership information to the game. We do not receive your payment-card number. Purchase history is managed by the store.
If you connect to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, the platform may supply a player name and process achievements, scores, and game activity. Leaderboard visibility follows that platform’s settings. These services have their own account and privacy controls.
If you enable reminders, local notification settings are stored on your device. You can turn notifications off in system settings.
Why information is used and who receives it
Information is used to provide the features you request, remember your progress, operate supported network features, understand usage, troubleshoot faults, and support advertising where enabled. Service providers process the data needed for those purposes. Depending on the service and your location, processing relies on your consent, providing the requested service, applicable legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and troubleshooting.
Providers may process information outside your country under their published privacy and data-protection terms. Advertising-related sharing can have a broader legal meaning than selling information for money; use the consent and platform controls described above.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate the issue. Email is handled by our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or screenshots containing information you do not want to share.
Support messages may be retained while resolving your request and for relevant follow-up or legal obligations. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your correspondence.
Retention and deletion
Local saves remain until overwritten or removed. Clearing browser site data or the app’s local storage can erase progress and settings. Deleting the app may leave platform backups or desktop data behind. Export a save first if your version supports it and you want to keep it.
Online records and the technical authentication identifier are stored separately from local saves. Match records carry expiry timestamps, but clearing your device does not itself delete server records. Contact support with the room code and approximate match time for a data request; do not include passwords. Retention and deletion also depend on the service’s server configuration and backups.
Analytics, diagnostics, ad records, and purchase records are retained under the relevant service settings and provider policies. Deleting a local save does not erase those records. Contact us about data we control; contact the platform for its account, advertising, or purchase records.
Children and security
The game does not ask children to provide contact information for local play. Technical information may still be processed by the services described above. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information. Protect your device and store account, and avoid putting real names or other private details in optional player names or shared files.
This website and external links
The static legal pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the site. The shared games homepage has separate cookie and analytics controls, explained in the Website Privacy Policy.
Store links, support email, and other external links open services with their own privacy policies. Opening a legal page does not upload your saved game.
Your privacy choices and requests
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your data or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your data, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that already took place.
We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and verify the request. We cannot retrieve or erase local files that the app has never sent to us. Never send your account password.
Changes
We update this policy when data practices change. The date at the top identifies this version. Data practices can differ by app version, platform, and the features you use.
